A translation made by anyone else — however good — is usually not accepted for official use. For court and registry purposes the translation is normally also notarised after it is made.
Commonly confused with
A certified translation from your own country is not automatically equivalent. Turkish practice looks for a translator sworn in Türkiye, or a translation legalised through the consulate.
