What it means for you
A Turkish court will not enforce a foreign judgment that might still be overturned. This certificate is what proves finality — and obtaining it from the original court, then apostilling and translating it, is the step that most often delays enforcement files.
Commonly confused with
A sealed copy of the judgment is not the same as proof that it is final. They are two separate documents and both are normally required.
